Policy
At Cerebrox HR Academy, we provide educational services and digital course content. As our offerings are not physical products, “delivery” refers to granting access to training sessions, study materials, and certifications.

Course Access
Access to online courses will be provided via email, login credentials, or learning portal within 24–48 hours of successful payment. For live training programs, schedule details will be shared prior to the start date through email/WhatsApp.

Study Materials
Digital materials (PDFs, presentations, recordings, etc.) will be shared electronically via email, student portal, or learning platform. No physical shipping of books or materials will be done unless specifically mentioned in the program details.
03.
Certifications
Certificates will be issued in digital format (PDF/e-certificate) and delivered to the registered email ID after successful completion of the course. Physical certificates, if offered, will be couriered to the provided postal address (delivery timelines depend on location).
04.
Delivery Delays
In rare cases of technical delays or unforeseen issues, course access or materials may take longer than the stated timeframe. Students will be promptly informed in case of such delays.
